Amla (Emblica officinalis) - Indian gooseberry, is one of the richest natural sources of vitamin C. 100 g pulp contains from 600 to 1800 mg. of vitamin C and 30 mg. of vitamin B1. Vitamin C is not destroyed during processing has been stored in the heat stable form in conjunction with a complex of tannic and gallic acid. Due to ascorbate, carotenoids and bioflavonoid present in Amla it has antioxidant properties. It has immunomodulatory effects. It stimulates the synthesis of hemoglobin, which is confirmed by modern scientific research. Fruits amly prevent the development of atherosclerosis and a variety of immune disorders of the body, relieve anemia, reduces the excessive activity of adrenaline. Normalizes the activity of the adrenal, thyroid, liver, stomach, duodenum, small intestine. Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula) – this plant is considered the "King of all plants". Its name in Sanskrit means “Stealing all the diseases”. According to ayurvedic text Haritaki may help to relieve 100 ailments.
Haritaki possesses adaptogenic, sedative and neuroprotective effects. Haritaki fruit contains powerful antioxidants that may prevent damage to the artery endothelium, inhibition of cellular immunity, including antitumor, colloidal equilibrium disorders of bile and urine. Haritaki fruit stimulates antitoxic function of liver and has hemostatic effect by strengthening the vessel walls. Haritaki removes “ama” (toxic mucus) from tissues, rejuvenates the body, especially lungs and rectum, and balances all the three doshas, but especially Vata dosha.
Dashamool - the common name of the ten roots of medicinal plants: bilva, agnimantra, shiopaki, kasmari, Patala, shaliparni, vrihati, kantakari and gokshura. Thanks to the rich content of Steroidal Glycosides it normalize the status of the neuroendocrine system, regulating the function of the most important hormones: thyroid, pancreas, thymus, adrenal glands and the reproductive system.
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) - this plant is a great tonic, adaptogenic, anti-stress and neuroprotective agent. Comprises phytosterols are fitoanalogom testosterone therefore used for correction of various sexual dysfunctions in both men and women. Eliminates chronic acidosis and tissue. It prevents excessive stimulation and exhaustion of the nervous system. Prevents premature menopause and pathologies such as Parkinson's disease and multiple sclerosis.

Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) - has the ability to cleanse the blood of ama (products of incomplete metabolism), immune complexes of toxins. Marked diuretic and diaphoretic effect of the plant.
Pista (Pistasia integerrima) - due to its high content of essential oils and medicinal resin, has expectorant, bronchodilator, and antiviral effect.

Dosage
Adults from ½ to 2 teaspoons 2 times a day, children up to ½ teaspoon 2 times a day with water, milk or juice.
Indications
Prevention of acute respiratory diseases and flu recovery after diseases and surgeries, lowered immunity, stress, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, atherosclerosis, for reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes in treatment of urological and gynecological diseases, to increase the level of hemoglobin in blood.
Contradiction
Diabetes, gastritis with high acidity, individual intolerance of components.
